Tefillot at Ma'ayanot are completely egalitarian; men and women participate equally. The tefillot are community-led, members taking turns reading from the Torah, leading services, and delivering Divrei Torah.
We pray from "Vaani T'fillati": Siddur Yisraeli. Many women in the kehillah have also taken upon themselves the mitzvah of wearing a tallit during prayers and/or while leading the congregation or having an aliyah to the Torah.
 

 We meet  Erev Shabbat 20 minutes after candle lighting (in the summer we meet at 7 pm) and Shabbat morning at 9:00 am. We also meet on holidays, including Rosh HaShanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Purim, and Yom Ha’Atzmaut.
